SINGAPORE - The National Youth Council has called a public relations pitch to conceive of, plan and implement an integrated public relations plan for its programmes.

A division of the People’s Association, the national coordinating body for youth affairs seeks to develop a dynamic and engaging environment where young people are inspired to dream and to take action.

The job scope for the selected PR agency includes monthly retainer, public relations work, media and online media engagement, as well as performance management.

Another requirement is public relations counsel for all Singapore Youth Award programmes and engagement events, as well as Shine Youth Festival events that include those by strategic partners and marquee partners.

The contract for the integrated public relations plan is for a period of one year, with the option to extend another year. The closing date of the tender is 4 October.
