JAKARTA - Consumer electronics manufacturer Samsung is believed to have shortlisted creative agencies for a new product launch in the laptop/tablet category.

The three agencies understood to have been selected last week are Dentsu, Cabe Rawit and Oze.

Samsung is thought to have invited six agencies, including Fortune, Adwork and Rise, to the pitch two weeks ago. Campaign Asia-Pacific could not verify the agencies involved by press time.

The name of the new model remains confidential, but it is scheduled to be launched next month.
