PHD Singapore appoints regional business director

SINGAPORE – PHD Singapore has appointed Starcom’s Sebastien Lepez as its regional business director.

Lepez will work on key accounts across all communications platforms and take an active role in managing client teams, office operations, team building and mentoring.

He has more than a decade of experience in the media industry and moves from his position as director at Starcom Singapore.

“PHD Singapore is growing rapidly to cater to the needs of our client portfolio," said Sony Wong, CEO of Omnicom Media Group, Singapore. "Sebastien’s expertise in handling international accounts will enhance our service offering and value-add to our business, and he is a fantastic addition to the team.”

Lepez' will report to Wong and his appointment is effective immediately.
