Omnicom triumphs at 2010 Agency of the Year Awards

SINGAPORE - Omnicom swept the board and took the grand prize of Parent Company of the Year at the Agency of the Year Awards, which took place at the St. Regis in Singapore last night. Here are the winners and the first of the photos from the event.

In the regional awards, DDB took the crown as the Creative Network of the Year, Tribal DDB was awarded the trophy for Digital Agency of the Year and regional head of DDB Group John Zeigler took home the prize for Agency Head of the Year.

Meanwhile, Omnicom’s PHD was named Media Agency Network for the second year running and Mark Holden, who is currently managing partner at PHD's Australia operation, took the prize for Media Planner/ Buyer of the Year.

Elsewhere, McCann Healthcare was named as Specialist Agency of the Year and Mindshare’s Asia-Pacific’s Deepika Nikhilender took the award for Account Person of the Year.

Gillette India was named Brand of the Year and Pernod Ricard China’s Pierre Berard took home the award for Client Marketer of the Year.
