The move unifies all search operations running under OMD, PHD and search arm FLOW under the single Resolution Media brand.

The completion of the APAC regional roll-out comes after  global announcements that Omnicom Media Group were planning the consolidation across 40 countries.

In line with the global structure, Resolution Media in Asia-Pacific will be housed under the Annalect Group, Omnicom Media Group's technology, data and analytics division.

Lee Smith, chief executive officer for platforms in the region said this is a “natural and important alignment” that will enhance service.

He said, “We will continue to concentrate on technology and data services leadership at the centre of our client offering. Resolution will play a key role in our data and technology leadership in the region.”
