Ngee Ann Polytechnic launches advertising tender

SINGAPORE - Ngee Ann Polytechnic, an institute of higher learning in Singapore, has launched an advertising tender.

According to the tender statement the appointed agency "will be required to develop and conduct an advertising campaign to strengthen Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s brand presentation and messaging across key platforms including online, print and other below-the-line channels".

The scope of this tender includes the development of an overall creative concept and media plan; to generate publicity for a major event and new diplomas; copywriting, layout and design as well as the production and delivery of all deliverables and the full range of media buying and tracking services.

Agencies will be briefed on 28 April and the period of the contract is 1 June 2010 to 28 February 2011. The closing date for the tender is 12 May.

Ngee Ann Polytechnic is one of Singapore’s leading institutions of higher learning. It has eight academic schools, which offer a total of 47 full-time diploma courses. It also offers a range of part-time diploma courses.
