MRM Manila appoints Sherwin Sowy as deputy MD

MANILA - Sherwin Sowy has joined MRM Manila to drive the agency’s technology innovation.

Reporting to Donald Lim, managing director of MRM Manila, Sowy will drive digital product excellence across the agency’s capabilities in account management, creative, media, production and planning.  

With more than 10 years of experience in the fields of technology consulting and project management, Sowy worked as digital technology head for Dentsu Asia, business head of Globe Telecom and and as manager and consultant for Accenture in the Philippines and California.

He is also the founder of Bespoke Apps, a mobile strategy consulting and iOS development company.

Sowy led the product management and development for several mobile advertising innovations such as iButterfly and Zappar.

Focusing on mobile, digital advertising and iPhone application development, he is also an app developer and currently has nine apps in the Apple Appstore credited to his name.

“Sowy is a strong addition to the team, and his expertise in technology innovations fuels the agency’s capacity to create transformative marketing ideas and solutions in the fast-moving, radically changing digital landscape,” said Lim.
