Justine Marino joins from DDB Sydney where she was a contract-base digital project director. Her career history started out with client-side work at Microsoft and Helwett-Packard before making the move in 2000 to digital agency Clear Blue Day where she spent eight years.

Also joining the McCann Erickson's Sydney office, Joe Hawkins is moving to Australia after a year at R/GA Singapore following a four-year sting at DDB Auckland. His awards include Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Adfest and Axis.

In Melbourne, Rod Leviton joins the MRM team following more than four years as head of digital media at Struck & Spink. In his new role, he will lead front-end development and help expand MRM Australia's technical infrastructures.

“Our focus continues to be on appointing first-rate talent as the reinvention of McCann as a progressive digitally focused agency takes shape," commented McCann Worldgroup Australia CEO, Ben Lilley.
