MagnaGlobal hires new head of trading and accountability

SINGAPORE - IPG Mediabrands intelligence unit MagnaGlobal has appointed Gurpreet Singh as head of trading and accountability to improve the buying performance of new and existing clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

In his new role, Singh will report to Chris Williams, president, investment.

The move is a part of the company's recent management shuffle with new leaders in the US and Latin America.

Commenting on the latest inclusion, worldwide chief executive officer Tim Splenger said, "[Singh] will be responsible for driving results for our clients on the investment side and also help publicize and roll-out our intelligence practice."

Singh, a 16-year old advertising and media veteran last worked with IPG Mediabrands Malaysia as general manager.
