Local agency CC&E launches digital arm Xi Yi

GUANGZHOU - CC&E, a leading local agency with offices in Guangzhou and Shanghai, has launched a new company to handle digital business.

The new company, Xi Yi (喜邑互动广告有限公司), was founded through a restructure of CC&E's digital division. One of Xi Yi's biggest clients is Mbaobao, an online retailer selling bags. Soap and detergent powder manufacturer Nice Group, an existing client of CC&E, has also tasked Xi Yi with its digital business.

"Xi Yi will not only help traditional brands navigate online communications, but also help local e-commerce start-ups grow," said Lu Xi, CC&E's chairman of the board.
