Jayant Murty steps in as Greg Fisher departs Intel

Greg Fisher, director of Intel’s integrated marketing team, has departed the company. He was with Intel for nearly 15 years, and has an Asia-Pacific remit.

He is replaced by Jayant Murty, director of brand and campaign strategy. Murty is a long term Intel veteran, and will continue to be based in Hong Kong. He will expand his role to take over Fisher’s responsibilities.

“Intel is making good momentum in redefining its brand in Asia, and we expect to contine doing so. We thank Greg for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavors,” said Nick Jacobs, regional PR group manager at Intel.

Fisher is believed to have taken on a marketing role at HTC.
