HPB calls a $5 million media pitch
The tender states that the government body is looking to appoint a media agency to “assist HPB in the strategic conceptualisation, planning, negotiation and buying, as well as implementation and evaluation of an integrated marketing and communications plan” for the three campaigns.

The selected media agency will work on these accounts from 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010. All the major network media agencies are likely to be involved in the pitch.

HPB is also looking for a creative agency for its adult health programmes and integrated marketing for youth. The government body released two tenders for these accounts recently.
