Global ad spend growth downgraded to 4 per cent in 2013: Warc

GLOBAL – Global advertising spend is expected to increase by 4.3 per cent in 2012 and by 4 per cent in 2013 according to marketing intelligence service Warc’s latest International Ad Forecast, which is based on 12 major markets.
