FWD Life has appointed Lion & Lion as its digital agency in Indonesia.

The insurer has tasked Lion & Lion to build the brand and digital business through a strategic, data-driven approach to creative and social media; working with the brand’s other agency partners to provide an integrated solution.

Rudi Kamdani, the vice president director of FWD Life, lauded the strategy-first approach that Lion & Lion presented, adding that the agency “showed a business-driven, integrated campaign that will help FWD Life build its engagement and positioning in the digital sphere, innovating our digital marketing approach and supporting us in achieving our vision to ‘change the way people feel about insurance’. We can’t wait to see the result of their expertise combined with our passion in fresh digital campaigns”.

“The way FWD Life wants to uplift financial proficiency and insurance penetration in Indonesia by encouraging people to follow their passions is a refreshing approach to communicating financial services." said Richard Roness, the managing director of Lion & Lion in Indonesia. "Aside from being a very fun, passionate, and young brand, FWD Life is also on the big mission to transform the life insurance industry—something our team immediately got excited to work on," he added.

Lion & Lion will start working on brand campaigns imminently, helping FWD Life to push creative boundaries and create a new customer experience through digital.
