Diamond Ogilvy Seoul appoints new chief creative officer

SEOUL - Diamond Ogilvy Group in Seoul has hired Byungho Jiang as its new chief creative officer, effecive immediately.

Jiang replaces former VP and CCO Wain Choi who departed the agency in September this year.

He will report to Jay Paik, CEO, Diamond Ogilvy Group.

“I am certain that this will open a new chapter in my advertising career path. I see this as new challenge that will give me greater inspiration for better campaigns in the future,” said Jiang.

Jiang started his creative career in 1990 when he joined Daehong Communications as art director. Other agencies he has worked at include Hakuhodo Cheil, Pheonix Communications, HS Ad and Korad.

Paik commented, “Jiang’s calibre onboard will help to drive the quality of our creative product not just within Diamond Ogilvy but also across the Ogilvy network in Asia-Pacific.”
