When was the last time you were inspired?
Just recently I watched the “Bodies” exhibit in NY.

It was a showcase of actual dead people preserved for eternity with polymer or liquid silicone rubber.

It was amazing how even the entire network of veins and capillaries were mounted intact and that, you see not the macabre, but a better picture of yourself. I was inspired to donate my body for the exhibit but my daughter thought otherwise.

She exclaimed, “Mom, I don’t think I’d be happy to tell my friends - Hey! That’s my mom!”

And so, I sensed that she’d like me better in an urn.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?
Deliberate if I want to get out of bed.

What’s your favourite word?
Meatloaf.

What’s your favorite song lyric?
“Slow down my beating heart
a man dreams one day to fly
a man takes a rocket ship into the skies
he lives on a star that’s dying in the night
and follows in the trail, the scatter of light.
Slow down my beating heart
Slowly, slowly, love.”
(From 'In a Little While' by U2) Played for Joey Ramone who was terminally ill. He breathed his last when the song ended.)

Sex, drugs or rock and roll?
Nice mix.

Ad you’re most ashamed of?
God…no more.

Ad you wish you’d made?
Lots of them.

Gadget you couldn’t live without?
Not much of a gadget person. I can’t live without my cat.

Worst haircut you’ve ever had?
The US Marine maximum tolerance crop.

The world ends in one hour. What do you do?
Shop shamelessly.

If you had a trained monkey, what would you make it do?
Cook.

What do you wear in bed?
Pajamas.
