Background
In conjunction with Valentine’s Day, Gobbler launched a Facebook contest to encourage fans to get creative, while engaging their romantic persona. They were asked to submit their most romantic picture and/or picture caption, with the most romantic entries winning a chance to surprise their loved one on Valentine’s Day.

Aim
Gobbler is about monster savings with the aim to always include fun in all things it does. Flowers, chocolates and a day out will burn holes in pockets, and so it decided to extend an opportunity to two creative and romantic couples a chance to win on Valentine's Day.

Execution
The Facebook competition was launched on 1 February, for fans to post romantic and creative photos/messages of their love story. An unexpected twist came when two prizes were hand-delivered by the Gobbler Team and its brand manager on Valentine's Day. The competition closed on 10 February.

Results
The contest saw more than 30 Facebook uploads in 10 days. The winner, Joan arranged with the Gobbler team, to surprise her boyfriend who teaches at Ang Mo Kio primary school to experience the joy of giving and receiving on Valentine's Day.
