The global energy practice will offer advisory services to companies in the energy sector and those in other sectors with a need for energy-related positioning. The division will be chaired in Beijing and be led by Asia-Pacific president and chief executive Bob Pickard, and China managing director and practice leader Douglas Dew (pictured) in this region.

Also in China, the agency has appointed Wendy Loh as a director in its public affairs practice in Beijing. Loh joins from Weber Shandwick and will report directly to Dew.

In the healthcare division, Efen Huang has joined as senior healthcare strategist for Shanghai and Beijing. Huang was previously at Ruder Finn, having founded her own healthcare communications consultancy for the China market.
