Boehringer Ingelheim selects Vizeum in China

SHANGHAI - German pharmaceutical giant Boehringer Ingelheim has picked Vizeum China to handle media duties for its Mucosolvan cough remedy, following a review that also included incumbent MediaCom and Hakuhodo.

Vizeum will reportedly develop a range of materials and initiatives for the brand, including point-of-sale promotions, advertorials, healthcare booklets, trade communications and community events. The Aegis Group agency restructured as a full-service operation earlier this year.

As the world’s leading expectorant, Mucosolvan positions itself as a remedy that enables mothers to care for their families.
