Beijing-based Partners International launches OOH creative agency

BEIJING - The Partners International, a newly created OOH boutique agency in Beijing, has launched OOH creative agency DreamCast.

DreamCast is headed by creative director Tarzan Wang and account service manager Andy Zhang.

Diamond Tai, CEO of The Partners International, explained that DreamCast would offer clients the latest international and local innovations. The agency will show how clients can use the latest OOH creative and technology in their campaigns. The team has run briefing sessions with advertisers including Yili, Motorola and Nescafe in China.

DreamCast will also publish a monthly free e-magazine called Seven to educate on creative outdoor usage. The e-magazine PDF will be sent to 900 listed readers, including marketers, advertsers and agency executives.

The Partners International is currently running OOH campaigns for Tencent's new weibo microblogging service and also have photographic services in Hong Kong.
