Jaswinski said she would assume responsibilities for Bacardi for the UK and Ireland as brand director from 1 February. The position in Singapore, which was newly created, will not be filled. She attributed the move to a change in strategic direction by the company.

Formerly global marketing manager of communications and shopper marketing for Bacardi, Jaswinski relocated to Singapore in September. In addition to that market, she was responsible for Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
