Asia-Pacific YouTube Ads Leaderboard: March 2020

The Asia-Pacific YouTube Ads Leaderboard, provided by Google, shows the top ad in each of 13 APAC markets.

In an unprecedented global moment, brands and organisations alike will be adjusting their messaging to react to the current climate. Here in APAC, we are beginning to see the results of early pivoting of creative ads. In this month’s leaderboard, GovSingapore used an ad to grow awareness about social responsibility—in the form of a humorous rap video to impart helpful habits in a crucial time. We can expect to see more of such purposeful ads in the coming months, as more brands will double down on the power of creativity to break out of restrictions and put out work that is fresh, out-of-box, and meaningful.
