The four will also serve as jury presidents and will use their addresses as an opportunity to share insights into current marketing trends and how brands are rethinking the way they engage with consumers.

Further sessions will include a scientific study that links business performance and emotional responses, to be presented by Andy Wilson, head of strategy for BBDO and Proximity Asia; Don Anderson, regional MD of We Are Social, will examine the potential for experiential marketing through Virtual Reality; and Kim Douglas, MD and VP of Sapientnitro Singapore and Hong Kong, will look into the future of ecommerce and ‘storyselling’.

An AMES Judges Forum will also present insights from the year’s shortlisted entries and what constitutes a winning entry. More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

“The AMES conference and awards programme is an opportunity for delegates to share and learn the latest thinking in strategic brand communications,” said Andrea Hayes, festival director. “The agenda and speaker lineup is an essential for everyone involved in brand strategy and focused on delivering real results for clients.”

Delegate registration is open at a rate of SGD750, which includes access to both the conference and awards. The event will take place on 3 June at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. For full information or to register to attend, please visit www.ames.asia.
