SCEH has not named a replacement, according to a spokesperson.

Hong joined the company in 1998, starting from a junior role as promotion officer in the marketing department. He led the marketing team in launching key products including the PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
