Bates Singapore names Tay as head of art

Bates Asia has appointed ex-JWT creative director Joseph Tay to the position of head of art. Tay departed JWT in November 2005, after working on the agency's award-winning Listerine campaign. "Leading (JWT) to the (CCA) Golden Gong was just the icing on the cake," said Bates ECD Robert Gaxiola. "I've wanted to work with him for years. Now I finally get that chance."
