HK consumer watchdog reveals EOS lip balm contains prohibited plasticiser
HONG KONG - The local consumer council has tested and found a sample of EOS lip balm contains DEHP, a type of phthalate plasticiser, the use of which is prohibited in cosmetics in China, Taiwan and Europe.
