The agency is tasked with creating positive sentiment, awareness, and employer and workforce motivation towards the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) - a national credentialing system which trains, develops, assesses and recognises individuals for key competencies desired by companies across different industry sectors.

Y&R Singapore will develop a communications plan that will reflect an integrated approach to meeting these objectives across all major media including digital and on-ground activities.

Commenting on the win, Tanuj Philip, CEO of Y&R Singapore, said, “Being at the heart of the drive to advance productivity in Singapore is not just another win for us.  It’s an opportunity to contribute to the next chapter of Singapore’s economic story.”

Y&R Singapore’s engagement with WDA starts immediately for the next two years.

WDA recently appointed ZenithOptimedia as its media AOR, effective from 21 February for a period of two years. Prior to this, WDA had no media AOR and worked with different agencies on a project basis.
