Under Yang’s leadership, JWT Shanghai won the 'Agency of the Year' accolade at AdFest in 2009, and Campaign Asia-Pacific’s 'Agency of the Year' in 2011. Yang was also named Campaign Asia-Pacific’s 'Creative of the Year' in 2011 for his astounding accomplishment in Greater China.

Commenting on his appointment Yang said, "Design is where I started before advertising, and I look forward to going back to my roots where it's a lot more pure, aesthetic, and immediate."

Glenn Osaki is Asia president of MSLGroup, Publics Groupe's strategic communications and engagement agency. He oversees the network's Asian operations, which span 38 offices and over 1,675 employees. "Too often, PR's creativity is misunderstood in comparison with other communications disciplines. However, creative skills in relationship and community management, problem-solving, issues avoidance and resolution, for example, are the PR industry’s points of difference," said Osaki. "This value must be recognised."

Michael Hilliard, executive producer of Finch, Australia and is a film, television and transmedia producer. His work  blends pop culture with documentary and television and has been recognised by Cannes Lions, The One Show, the Directors Guild of America, and the Emmys, and has become part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

He has worked with a range of award-winning actors, musicians, artists and sports figures including Robert Redford, Tom Ford, Kobe Bryant and P.Diddy. Hilliard's TV series credits include Fast Cars and Superstars, KOBE Mentu and most recently, the International Emmy Award-nominated and Cannes Gold Lion award winning, The Great Crusade for Qantas and Tourism New Zealand.

Recognising the responsibility of heading Spikes first branded content and entertainment jury team, Hilliard said that this year would set the standard for years to follow.
