TM Forum picks Rice Communications as its PR partner

The 12-month contract will see Rice Communications supporting TM Forum’s communications outreach in Asia-Pacific.

Nik Willetts, chief strategy officer for TM Forum, noted that Asia is one of its focus markets with tremendous growth in the Asian technology and communications space.

Collaboration and standards are critical to effective partnerships in the digital media age, he added, to ensure business efficiency and continuity as well as enabling a competitive advantage.

“Through a sustained stakeholder outreach, we are committed to expanding our network relationships in the region," said Willetts.

TM Forum’s membership community consists of over 230 communication service providers, representing more than 85 per cent of the global communications revenues. It produces annual conferences globally, including Management World Asia (MWA), which discusses and shares current trends and future predictions.

“As the world becomes more and more connected, communication service providers play a very crucial role in making sure their customers are always at the heart of their business,” Sonya Madeira, managing partner at Rice Communications, said.

“TM Forum holds a vital responsibility in the communications industry by bringing together service providers and empowering them with the support and resources they require to succeed in a highly competitive environment. We are very excited to work with TM Forum and look forward to adding value to build the organisation’s reputation and presence in the region,” she added.
