Tan will be responsbile for maintaining TSLA’s operational integrity across creative, planning and technology practices as well as the management and growth of resources within the agency.

She said TSLA is a good contrast to working in bigger agencies that have “too many layers and too many people”.

“I enjoy being surrounded by innovative, passionate, and smart people, especially when they are all working towards the same goal - to make great work,” Tan said. “I love the energy and also love how organic a company can be.”

Tan was most previously at BBH Group, starting at BBH Singapore before moving to China to help start the BBH office in Shanghai.

She spent eight years at BBH in Shanghai as account director, working on clients such as FedEx, CocaCola & Mentos, before becoming creative services director, overseeing the management and growth of creative talent at BBH Shanghai.
