Lim has been one of the most respected executive creative directors in the Asia-Pacific region, the company said. Over his career, he worked with many creative directors, copywriters and art directors from all over Asia-Pacific..

“After two decades of putting the agency before myself I’ve decided to take on new challenges. I’m not leaving the business. I’ll be back – hopefully, fresher and smarter – to explore my options and do bigger, better things,” Lim revealed.

Alvin Teoh, fellow executive creative director, will take over the leadership of Naga DDB’s creative department. A partner for Teoh will be announced within the next few months.
