TBWA Singapore will become the creative and lead agency for the Asia Square property through to completion.

Asia Square is an office development located in Singapore’s new Central Business District, Marina Bay.

The agency will offer a fully integrated solution with both traditional and non-traditional advertising services, digital services and design led work. This marks the first major advertising role that MGPA has awarded in Singapore.

“Asia Square is a unique property in the commercial sector of Singapore,” said Dan Paris, managing director for TBWA Group Singapore. “We were really impressed with the thinking MGPA put into the design of Asia Square and the client’s appetite for disruptive thinking was evident right from the start. We are delighted to be working with the team there.”

Jeremy Choy, project director of Asia Square, said: “We have been really impressed with the creative approach TBWA applied to this brief right from the start."

Choy added: "The team at TBWA Singapore have really got under the skin of the key design aspects of Asia Square and have created a really potent brand idea that not only underlines our leadership credentials as a property investment company but also brings genuine differentiation to our category."

Last week Kiwifruit brand Zespri appointed TBWA Singapore as its regional agency.
