Sun Life Financial picks TBWA Tequila for digital in Hong Kong

HONG KONG - TBWA Tequila has been appointed to lead Sun Life Financial’s digital strategy and communications across the region, with a focus on Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Philippines.

The incumbent agency was Eight Partnership.

Robert Burr, chief marketing officer of Sun Life Financial Asia, said that driving customer engagement across digital channels continues to be a fundamental part of Sun Life's communications strategy.

Louise Kristensen, TBWA Tequila head of digital engagement in Hong Kong, commented, "We are extremely pleased to be able to work with the Sun Life Financial regional team across their digital offerings, and use disruption and media arts to drive constant connectivity with customers."

Sun Life Financial is a international financial services company and was recently named one of the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World.

In April this year, TBWA Tequila was appointed as the digital agency-of-record for British fashion accessories retailer Accessorize in Hong Kong.
