The annual event is aimed at giving young adults (aged 35 and below) a platform to showcase their art through a series of exhibitions and concerts held around Singapore.

The project will last from April to August, and the appointed agency will be tasked with conceptualising and designing publicity materials for the festival showcase portion of the event. The brief is to position Noise Singapore as the go-to event for youth creativity, to educate the public about the event and drum up participation.

Winning design concepts should make use of visuals that would appeal to young adults rather than using ambassadors, said the client. The work will run across traditional media, direct, out of home and online.

The closing date for the tender is 25 March and an appointment is expected to be made by middle of next month.
