SINGAPORE - The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) has launched a PR pitch to support events and activities for the President’s Challenge Social Enterprise Award (PCSEA).

Launched last month, the PCSEA is the only award within the social enterprise sector in the country to recognise outstanding social enterprises for their contributions made to the social services sector.

The contract will be from April to end-December this year, to promote the awards among the social enterprises and create awareness of social enterprises among the public.

The appointed agency is required to provide media and administrative support for the launch carnival in May, the nomination in May and June, the quarterly president’s visit to social enterprises, the award night and post coverage of the winners.

It should provide event media coverage (strategic counsel, media relations, media monitoring and PR deliverables), ongoing media relations as well as follow-up with social enterprises. It should deliver a total media coverage worth at least SG$500,000 in PR value at various platform.

The closing date of the tender is 8 April.
