Revlon's global account goes to Mediacom

GLOBAL - Group M's Mediacom Worldwide has won the global media planning and buying duties for the entire stable of Revlon brands.

Revlon's global account goes to Mediacom

Mediacom, which has been Revlon's agency-of-record since 2009 in North America will assume responsibility for all Revlon markets starting next year.

MediaCom's New York office will coordinate the international appointment. There was no account review leading to the consolidation.

“MediaCom has been a strong strategic partner for our brands in North America.  We are excited to work with them in all of our markets to benefit from a consistent global approach,” said Julia Goldin, global CMO at Revlon in a press statement.

In June, WPP creative shops Y&R and Taxi won Revlon's global creative account. According to financial reports, Revlon spent an estimated US$265.2 million globally on advertising last year.
