Teoh was previously the vice president of advertising sales for Pudding Media. His role involved stimulating growth, as well as instigating and promoting sales initiatives across Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Pudding, Teoh was assistant vice president at Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (SPH), heading the Interactive Business Unit (IBU). Under his four year management, internet and mobile business grew almost three fold.

A veteran of the media industry with over 10 years' experience in online, print and TV advertising, Teoh has successfully launched many internet marketing campaigns and also mobile content initiatives in Singapore.

On his appointment, Teoh commented: "Property and the internet are probably the two highest growth and dynamic industries to work in and I am very excited to be able to contribute to both. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead and taking Singapore's leading property portal to new heights."

"We're delighted and fortunate to bring someone of Raymond's calibre on board. We've had a record-breaking first half, and with Raymond's experience, I'm confident we'll continue this growth trajectory and remain the dominant player," said Steve Melhuish, CEO and co-founder of PropertyGuru.com.sg.

Raymond succeeds Keith Low, who left the PropertyGuru team at the beginning of July.
