Parenting website Little Steps launches in Hong Kong

HONG KONG - Shea Stanley and Amie Hibbard have co-founded Little Steps in Hong Kong, a free informative website and email newsletter devoted to parents.

Parenting website Little Steps launches in Hong Kong

Little Steps (www.littlestepshongkong.com) composes of an editorial team of mothers and fathers contributing content on the most hip and happening products and places for children under 12 years old. The contributors reside across Asia and have expertise across a wide variety of topics including nutrition, health and wellness, fashion and travel.

“There has been a distinct lack of up-to-date information for parents in Hong Kong,” said Stanley.
“It is a much needed outlet for brands and advertisers to engage in a deeper dialogue with a largely untapped segment of the consumer market in Hong Kong,” added Hibbard, who has experience working at established publications like The Financial Times, NYTimes.com and Vogue magazine.

Current partnerships with early advertisers include Mothercare, Early Learning Center, Chicco, Harbour City, Bookazine, Hocusadabra, Pip Pap, Edible Arrangements, Vero and Earth Mama Angel Baby. The site offers online sponsorships, contests, events and special deals for advertising partners.

Stanley also said, “We are thrilled to step in to fill that need by identifying undiscovered resources and providing inspiration that will help them raise their kids in such a busy city.  We look forward to building an online community for parents.”
