Mapletree searches for media agency in Singapore

SINGAPORE - Mapletree, a leading real estate company in Singapore, is believed to be on the look out for a media agency. It is understood that the real estate company has initiated conversations with a series of media agencies.

A Mapletree spokesperson declined to comment on the pitch.

The incumbent agency for the business is believed to be PHD. 

Mapletree owns approximately $6.2 billion worth of real estate assets including office, logistics, industrial, business park and retail/ lifestyle properties. In addition, it manage $5.6 billion worth of third party assets across Asia. Besides Singapore it has a presence in six countries including China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Mapletree is behind one of Singapore's largest malls, VivoCity. VivoCity is positioned as the ultimate entertainment destination and part of the Harbourfront Precinct development which spans 24 hectares along Singapore's Southern waterfront.
