The broadcast will be done on a basic tier package, beginning February next year. It will include the original productions such as Jass Time! and Boo & Me series 1 and 2.

Children and families will also be able to watch first-run exclusives like Beach Crew as well as classic content such as Sonic: Underground, The Wiggles, Rolie Polie Olie and Sabrina: The Animated Series.

Paul Robinson, global CEO at KidsCo, noted that Southeast Asia continues to be an important market for KidsCo, and it is thrilled to be extending its reach to children and families across Indonesia.

“As an up and coming DTH platform with experience in the media industry, PT Global Comm Nusantara is a natural partner choice for KidsCo, and we look forward to expanding with them,” he added.

Pri Sulisto, CEO/president director at PT. Global Comm Nusantara, meanwhile added: “As KidsCo is subtitled in the Indonesian language, it is very clear that the channel is committed in reaching out to the Indonesian market and as the channel’s partner, we will work hand and hand in growing KidsCo’s popularity in the country.”
