JWT Shanghai wins three Grands Prix at Spikes Asia 2011

SPIKES ASIA – JWT Shanghai made a strong showing for China at this year’s Spikes Asia awards, winning the top accolade for its ‘Heaven and Hell’ campaign for Samsonite in three categories, including Outdoor, Print and Print and Poster Craft.

The campaign also took Gold in the Design category, while JWT Always Shanghai claimed a separate Gold award in the Promo and Activation category for ‘The Skate Wash Denim’ for Meters Bonwe.

In the Media category, Ogilvy Beijing won Gold for ‘Disposable Forest’ for Greenpeace; Maxus China for ‘The Handwritten Newspaper’ for Hanvon; and Saatchi & Saatchi Great Wall Advertising for ‘Big Stain’ for Procter & Gamble.

JWT Beijing and Ogilvy Beijing were runners up in the Media Agency of the Year awards. Out of a total of 271 awards at this year’s festival, China claimed 31.
