Jollibee Foods Corporation picks GroupM as AOR

MANILA – The Philippines largest fast food chain, Jollibee Foods Corporation, has selected GroupM as its agency-of-record.

Jollibee Foods said Universal McCann will hand over duties on 30 September. Kinetic will remain Jollibee Food’s out-of-home media agency. 'Team Jollibee' will be created under GroupM, headed by Manuel P. Quiogue.

Jollibee is a dominant market leader in the Philippines, enjoying the lion’s share of the local market—more than all the other multinational brands combined.

The company has also embarked on an aggressive international expansion plan in the USA, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Brunei, firmly establishing itself as a growing international QSR player.
