Jennifer Sher, Florence Wu join Aegis Media Taiwan in EVP positions

TAIPEI - Aegis Media has added Jennifer Sher as EVP of branded content marketing and Florence Wu as EVP of strategic planning to its management team in Taiwan.

Before joining Aegis, Sher (pictured) was VP of Discovery Network Asia Pacific for the North Asia region. Previous roles include executive editor of Dynasty Magazine, senior sales director of Regal Ad and Union Advertising and sales director of Videoland.

According to the agency, "This is a completely new role in Taiwan's local media industry and Sher has the perfect background with experience working in advertising agencies, content creation and media companies."

With extensive knowledge and experience across research, account servicing, strategic planning, training and brand management, Wu was most recently managing director of United Advertising. Previous roles also include client service director and strategic planning director at Saatchi & Saatchi and working with leading brands in a wide range categories, including FMCG, financial services, automobiles, retailing and government organisations.

Both Sher and Wu report to Ann Yang, MD of the agency.
