However the winner will be given the opportunity to become agency of record for the 17 million rupees (US$19.1 million) advertiser, according to a source in contention for the business. Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Avis, Avicom and Matari have been invited, although Saatchi & Saatchi withdrew because it was unable to meet the deadline.
DDB Avis is the current agency for IndoSat's product advertising.
