IndoSat pitches corporate brief

JAKARTA - IndoSat, one of Indonesia's largest telco operators, is holding a creative pitch for a corporate campaign to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

The assignment will run until the end of the year. However the winner will be given the opportunity to become agency of record for the 17 million rupees (US$19.1 million) advertiser, according to a source in contention for the business. Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Avis, Avicom and Matari have been invited, although Saatchi & Saatchi withdrew because it was unable to meet the deadline.

DDB Avis is the current agency for IndoSat's product advertising.
