According to the tender document, the Government body is looking for a creative agency to develop and implement an integrated marketing communications campaign for period of five months from August to December 2009.

The campaign’s objective “is to create awareness for IE Singapore, specifically the suite of products and services we provide, by creating a consistent marketing message for IE’s various products and services in a manner that customers can relate to”.

IE Singapore is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry set up to spearhead the development of Singapore’s external economic wing and overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and international trade.
