Stephen Hay, ICLP director, loyalty develoment, has been promoted to general manager of the agency's Hong Kong operation.
Tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, Hay (pictured) will also be responsible for driving growth. He joined ICLP as a consultant in 1999, and during his tenure was responsible for establishing the loyalty development division, with responsibility for strategy, consulting, digital and data-driven marketing practices.
