Singh added that Tang “is one of the leading professionals in the media field in China, and will lead our efforts in strengthening our relationship with the media vendors.”
In his previous role at GroupM Trading, Tang developed strategic alliances with media vendors, and worked on clients such as L’Oreal, Yum! Brands, Sony, Wrigley and Volkswagen.
Tang joined GroupM Trading in 2006 from Dentsu in Beijing, where he was the deputy GM. Prior to Dentsu he was senior media manager at Coca-Cola International, where he managed media planning for Eastern and Southern China.
