The incumbents were Naga DDB (beverage products) and BBDO (F&B outlets). The agency is tasked with overall brand management for F&B outlets and beverage products.

Jay Chong, marketing communications manager at Old Town White Coffee, said passion for the brand and chemistry with the people are two important elements the brand is looking for in an agency. “We loved working with Euro RSCG on the Chinese New Year campaign and we are excited to continue this new adventure together.”

Commenting on the win, Andrew Lee, managing director at Euro RSCG Malaysia, said, “We are thrilled to have been chosen by Old Town White Coffee. To have the opportunity to build a Malaysian brand that is making a huge impact in the region is an exciting challenge and we can’t wait to get started.”

Matthew Fanshawe, managing director of Euro RSCG Asia-Pacific, said, “This is a great win, we thrive on working with and building local brands. This win, one of three recent wins along with Carlsberg and Peugeot, also underlines the great momentum that Andrew and Seong (ECD at Euro RSCG Malaysia) have created in our Kuala Lumpur office, which is one of our most dynamic in the region.”
