HONG KONG - Hong Kong Real Estate giant Henderson Land Development Company has chosen DDB Hong Kong as the communications agency for its latest luxury residential project being constructed in Wan Chai.

The client does not want to disclose the name of the new property project but boasts that it is a residential project in Wan Chai and it "promises to be one of the most exciting and interesting developments in Hong Kong in the upcoming year".

DDB Hong Kong won this new business after a five-way pitch with undisclosed 4A agencies earlier this summer, and has just finalised the contract this month.

The agency will be responsible for developing the entire communications strategy including advertising, sales promotions and OOH material.

"DDB Hong Kong seldom did property creative accounts in the past, but we have already won Shenzhen Avic Real Estate branding account and Harbour One under Emperor Group this year alone," said Conrad Ng, GM, business development, DDB Group Hong Kong and South China.

"We are very excited to be working with one of the leading and prestigious property developers in Greater China," he added.
