DDB hires creative director in Sydney

AUSTRALIA - DDB Group Sydney has hired Richard Morgan from digital agency Holler as creative director.

Morgan has been creative director at Holler since April 2011. Prior to that he spent six years at BMF Sydney as associate creative director, and three years at AMV/BBDO in London.

He has worked with clients including Reckitt Benkiser, Bonds, Heineken, IKEA, British Telecom, Telstra, Toyota, Guinness, Mars, Coca Cola, Pfizer, Gillette and The Economist. His awards tally includes Gold, Silver and Bronze at Cannes, Silver at D&AD, and Gold at the One Show.  

Morgan's "modern communications pedigree" will help the agency remain "absolute leaders in social creativity", said Dylan Harrison, DDB Group Sydney executive creative director.

Morgan cited "huge creative opportunities ripe for the picking" and "significant depth of talent" as key factors in joining DDB.
